Esau Tugume is a Research Associate at BRAC Uganda and a Visiting Research Fellow at the Center for Effective Global Action at the University of California, Berkeley. His research interest includes agriculture, skills development, and SME. He holds an MSc in Agroecology from Uganda Martyrs University.
