Matthias Fahn is an Associate Professor at the University of Hong Kong Business School, an affiliate of the CESifo Network and a research fellow of the IZA Network. Matthias' research is mostly focused on Relational Contracts and the optimal provision of dynamic incentives. More broadly, Matthias is interested in various topics in Organizational Economics, as well as in Behavioural, Labour & Public Economics.
