Molly Lipscomb is an Associate Professor of Economics and Public Policy in the Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy at the University of Virginia. Her work focuses on the impact of and strategies for bringing public services such as electricity and sanitation to poor households in lower-income countries. Molly completed her PhD in Economics at the University of Colorado Boulder.
