Prachi is a Senior Research Officer at the International Economic Development Group, ODI. She has worked extensively on empirical analysis of sustainable growth, trade policy, digital trade, and regional trade agreements. At ODI, her role involves research design and implementation on trade and development themes in Africa, with a focus on the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA). Prior to this, her research output under several international consultancies covered the impact of COVID-19 pandemic on growth, trade and value chains in LDCs in Latin America, Africa, and Asia-Pacific. She holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the Centre for Economic Studies and Planning, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi.
