Viva Ona Bartkus is an Associate Professor of Management in the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame. Her research interests concentrate on two distinct areas: the leadership approaches most effective in solving complex business problems and the social capital of communities that enables collaboration. Viva holds a DPhil in International Relations from the University of Oxford.
