As a Projects Officer at the Centre for Economic Policy Research, Julia is responsible for the management and the administration of the STEG Programme. She manages the PhD grants and works with grantees in complying with budget and contract requirements.
Julia holds a Masters degree in International Relations with a focus on Human Rights and Humanitarian Action from Sciences Po, Paris, as well as a double-BA in Political Philosophy, Policy and Law and Feminist Philosophy from the University of Virginia. Julia has previously worked as a paralegal at the Sullivan & Cromwell headquarters in New York and has work experience in policy research, legal research and advocacy.
