Lauren Falcao Bergquist

Lauren Falcao Bergquist is an Assistant Professor of Economics and Global Affairs at Yale University. Lauren's research is in development economics, with a focus on agricultural markets and firms in sub-Saharan Africa. Lauren is the Lead Academic for the IGC in Rwanda and an affiliate of NBER, BREAD, CEPR, JPAL, and Y-RISE. Lauren's research is supported by an NSF CAREER grant. Lauren received her PhD in economics from UC Berkeley in 2017.
