Maxwell Mkondiwa is an Adjunct Research Fellow in the Center for Agricultural Research and Development at Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources. His research interests include the agricultural economics, poverty measurement, land policy, and cultural economics. Maxwell holds a PhD in Applied Economics from the University of Minnesota.
