Verónica C. Pérez is a Predoctoral Fellow in the Department of Economics at Columbia University. Her research focuses on economic history, political economy, and development economics with an interest in applying machine learning and text analysis methods. Verónica holds an MA in Economics from the Universidad de los Andes.
