Wyatt Brooks is a member of the Notre Dame Team. He is an Assoicate Professor of Economics in the Department of Economics at Arizona State University. He received his PhD from Minnesota in 2012 and is an Affiliate at the Yale Research Initiative on Innovation and Scale (Y-RISE) and at J-PAL. His research integrates trade, development, and macroeconomics with field research, especially examining the behaviour of firms in developing countries and the impact of trade within and across countries on development. His field work extends to Brazil, Colombia, Kenya, Nicaragua, and Rwanda. He has published in the Journal of Monetary Economics, the American Economic Journal: Applied Economics and the International Economic Review.
